Regarding the top studios discussion, this is based on games sales (boxes or online — no subscriptions).
- Neversoft works on Guitar Hero now, which sold a ton in ’09. No chance they’ll be this high in ’10.
- Blizzard didn’t release any boxed games last year, so it was only stragglers who didn’t buy Lich King in ’08. With both SC2 and Cataclysm coming out this year, they’ll be back on top next year by far.
